This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the mratm platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any services provided by mratm.
The Foundation of Your Agreement with mratm
These terms and conditions protect user rights and ensure the mratm platform operates fairly, safely and responsibly.
mratm account registration is open to individuals aged 21 and above. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Information submitted during registration must be accurate and complete.
The minimum deposit is RM30 for each payment method. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Deposited funds must be used for betting purposes only and may not be transferred to third parties.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The mratm welcome bonus offers 200% up to RM1,000 with a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount. Misuse of bonuses may result in account suspension.
Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and login credentials. Any unauthorised activity resulting from user negligence is outside mratm's responsibility.
Fraud, money laundering, use of automated software and game manipulation are strictly prohibited. mratm reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds if evidence of such activity is found.
mratm reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be given via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after any amendment means the user accepts the updated terms.
01 Definitions and Scope of Agreement
This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mratm ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By registering or using the mratm platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated here.
In this document, "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application and all digital services provided by mratm. "Services" covers online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting, boxing betting and all other games accessible through a registered member account.
These terms and conditions are used together with the mratm Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form a comprehensive agreement between the user and the platform.
02 User Eligibility
Registration and use of the mratm platform are subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be fully met by every user:
- Users must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.

- Users are not under any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion programme.

03 Account Registration and Management
Each user is permitted to register one account only on the mratm platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, MyKad details or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. Users are required to update their profile information should any changes occur. mratm reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of the MyKad or bank statement for identity verification purposes before processing withdrawals or to meet compliance requirements.
- The account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
- A mratm account is for the personal use of the account holder only and may not be transferred.
- Any suspicion that an account has been accessed without authorisation must be reported immediately to mratm customer support.
- mratm is not responsible for losses arising from an account holder sharing their login credentials.
04 Deposits and Payment Methods
mratm supports a range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All deposits must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
All deposits are processed within the timeframe set by each payment provider. mratm does not charge any additional fees for the deposit process, however users may be charged by their own financial institution or e-wallet provider.
- Deposited funds may only be used for betting activities on the mratm platform.
- mratm reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity.
- Any unsuccessful deposit issues must be reported to customer service within 24 hours.
- Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation which requires additional processing time.
05 Fund Withdrawals
Users may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the stated conditions. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an account that has been verified by the user.
mratm reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests for security verification and compliance purposes. In such cases, our customer service team will contact the user for further information. Withdrawals involving large amounts may require additional identity verification.
- Withdrawals may only be processed once the wagering requirements for any active bonus have been fully met.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details provided are accurate.
- mratm is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details submitted by the user.
- Cryptocurrency withdrawals will be sent to the verified digital wallet address.
06 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
mratm offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions announced alongside each offer. Users are advised to read the terms of each bonus carefully before accepting it.
Example wagering requirement calculation: If you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM200, your account balance will be RM300 and the wagering requirement to be met is RM200 × 10 = RM2,000. Once this condition is met, the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
- Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
- Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is prohibited and may result in all bonuses being voided.
- mratm reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through illegitimate or deceptive means.
- mratm VIP members receive weekly cashback according to their tier: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
07 General Betting Rules
All games and betting activities on the mratm platform must be conducted in accordance with the rules set for each game. Game results generated by the mratm system are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical error.
The use of any third-party software, automated bots, assistance tools or other methods designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure and all funds within the account may be forfeited.
- Betting must be done individually and not in groups or syndicates to manipulate game outcomes.
- Any attempt to exploit bugs or errors in the game system must be reported to mratm.
- Users found to be involved in fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- mratm reserves the right to void bets that are suspicious or that compromise the integrity of the game.
08 Account Suspension and Closure
mratm reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, or upon request by legal authorities.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting mratm customer service. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and any valid remaining funds will be returned to the user once all checks have been completed.
09 mratm Liability Limits
mratm provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
mratm is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption.
- Temporary disruptions due to technical maintenance or circumstances beyond mratm's control do not entitle users to any compensation claims.
- mratm implements reasonable security measures to protect user funds and information.
- Losses resulting from a user's own negligence, such as sharing passwords or falling victim to phishing scams, are outside mratm's responsibility.
10 Responsible Gambling
mratm is committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should remain purely a form of entertainment and should not become a source of financial or emotional problems for any user.
The mratm platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Users are encouraged to set deposit limits, betting limits and playtime limits that suit their individual means.
